Eligibility

Layers is operated by Abdullah Basem, trading as Layers.page. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to charges on any paid subscription (Plus or Pro), for both monthly and annual billing. The Free tier never bills.

Requests made after the 14-day window are handled at our discretion and are normally resolved by cancelling future renewals rather than refunding past periods.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund directly at paddle.net using the email address on the subscription, or by contacting us through the contact page.

We confirm eligibility and submit the refund to Paddle, usually within two business days.

Banks typically return the funds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after that.

Cancellations and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not retroactively refund earlier periods outside the 14-day window.

After cancellatiin your workspace stays available on the Free tier, with guest limits and session-only whiteboard retention.

What is never charged

The guest canvas, private document utilities inside the free daily allowance and all public marketing pages are free and never require a card.

Card details are entered only on Paddle's hosted checkout, never inside Layers.
