The workspace is where uploaded files, edits and finished exports live together, so documents move between tools without repeated uploads.
What can I do in the workspace?
Upload PDFs and images, annotate pages, add images or text, reorder and delete pages, then export the finished document.
Can I upload images as well as PDFs?
Yes. PNG, JPG and WebP images are converted into PDF pages automatically when you add them.
How do files connect to other tools?
Any workspace file can be opened in the PDF tools, sent to the translation tool, attached to a whiteboard or grouped inside a project.
How long are files kept?
Guest work is cleared when the browsing session ends. Plus keeps documents for 24 hours and Pro retains them for seven days.
