OKR Template

Free OKR template and tracker

Set the objective, attach the key results that prove it, then work the action board through the quarter. Progress rolls up from the key results, so the tracker always reflects where the objective actually stands.

Common questions

Is the OKR template free?

The OKR tracker is part of the Pro template set. Free accounts get the starter templates including the CV, cover letter, invoice and planner.

How many objectives should I set?

Three to five per period, each with two to four key results. More than that and nothing gets real focus.

What makes a good key result?

A number with a start and a target, so anyone can tell whether it was hit without a discussion.

Can I use it for a personal quarter?

Yes. The tracker works the same for a solo freelancer quarter as for a team period.
