How to unlock a PDF

Common questions
Can Layers crack a password I do not know?
No. You need the password. Layers will not attempt to break protection.
Is unlocking legal?
For documents you own or are authorised to access, yes. Do not use it on anything else.
Does it change the pages?
No, the content is untouched.
